QA
1. If some barcodes cannot be scanned and some barcodes can be scanned, how should I solve the problem?
Answer: Under normal circumstances, by factory default, some barcode types of some of our code systems are turned on, but some barcode types of some code systems are turned off by default. You need to find the corresponding barcode from our accompanying manual based on the barcode type and scan the enabled setup code.
2. Why can’t I scan my QR code?
Answer: Our barcode scanner is a 1d barcode scanner. It only supports scanning printed 1D barcodes. It does not support any 1D codes, QR codes on the electronic screen, or printed QR codes. 3. The item won't pair or work with the computer.
Answer: Please make sure there is no problem with your computer's USB port. After confirming, follow the steps below to connect to the computer.
A. Start the scanner and scan the“2.4G Wireless Pairing Mode” set code. (Page 20 of the user manual)
B. Scan the "Match the Receiver" set code so that enter into the pairing state. (Page 20 of the user manual)
C. Plug the USB Dongle Receiver into the computer, If pair successfully, you will hear a beep. The blue light on the top will always be on.
D. Run Microsoft Word or Notepad on the computer, and put the cursor in the blank field. When you use the barcode scanner to scan the barcode, you will see that the barcode will be uploaded to the location of the cursor.
**Bluetooth Wireless Connection:**
To easily activate Bluetooth and connect directly with your phone, tablet, or PC, simply press the scan button for 8-10 seconds. This device is compatible with Windows, macOS, Android, iPhone, and more. It works seamlessly with common software applications such as Word and Excel.
**Transmission Distance:**
- Up to 50 meters (164 feet) in a barrier-free environment
- Up to 20 meters (66 feet) in an environment with obstacles
**2.4G Wireless Connection:**
To connect the scanner, simply plug the 2.4G dongle into your computer.

**USB Wired Connection:**
The eyoyo scanner connects directly to a computer via a USB cable, allowing for seamless transmission of barcode data. Additionally, the USB connection can be used to charge the scanner. It is compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, and other operating systems. The length of the USB cable is 1 meter (3.28 feet).

It scans quickly, pairs quickly and easily. Very easy to use. Exactly as described. The only thing that would make it better is if I could turn it off myself because it beeps rather loud when it turns off, but I'm very happy with it.

This is by far the quickest and most lightweight scanner I've used. It's not bulky like the nadamoo and has an easy trigger and decent angle register. However, I mustve scanned too many books as it started going haywire after 6 weeks but customer service was EXCELLENT and resolved the issue PROMPTLY. I highly recommend!

TWO THUMBS DOWN: I purchased this wireless scanner with the intentions to replace my old wired scanner. I have numerous type of barcodes I use for my inventory and the wired one worked seamlessly. Purchased this item for the freedom to wirelessly scan my inventory before posting my items and save time. The problem is first, it does not work with my POS device and secondly, when I need to scan a different type of barcode which is time consuming. First locate the small booklet that was included, then change the settings for the barcode I need (there are steps the need to be followed). This may work well for a beginner, however I have generated different levels of barcodes over the years using different type of barcode. I need to rescan the barcodes from the included settings sheet (you can't lose this or you will really be out of luck). Hence the process is not a seamless and one would think with this new technology. It may be great for someone starting out (generating barcodes), however if you have over thirty different types of code, you are in for a thill trying to keep up with and resetting the barcode types. I finally did get it to work with my MAC however, as mentioned earlier it scan one type of barcode at a time before having to reset. Will make a decision prior the close of return window.

It’s a super tiny barcode scanner. Works exactly as expected and affordable! Booklet is easy to understand and configure, and Bluetooth worked great with my iPhone. Has all the settings I needed. Ended up returning since it kept turning on in my purse and it was driving me insane, so just know that the button is super sensitive

This scanner does exactly as advertised. Connected to Bluetooth with ease and I was literally scanning stock in a couple of minutes. Has great connectivity and can be used quite a distance away from pos system. Perfect item for my salon, retail checkout is so speedy and even better that I didn’t have to have large ugly looking scanner on reception!

I Bought this mini scanner 2 days back. But now the scanner stopped working on my 2nd day......I tried everything. At least there is no light indication. Please could you please send me an another product.

I purchased my eyoyo portable scanner in Dec 2022. I got it on recommendation of a coworker and was happy I listened. I was able to connect it to my iPad and my desktop PC. It worked well for a while but unfortunately stopped working. I wrote to Eyoyo and explained my issues and they were extremely responsive and have offered to send me a new scanner despite being out of the warranty period.

The button on the scanner is very sensitive. This is the only downfall from my purchase, because I love the scanner and sensitivity for scanning it picks up a scan code very easily. But the button is very sensitive to activate.
