This Fanttik D12 PLUS green laser level is easy to set up and use. It is self-leveling, projecting three bright 360 degree planes of light, two vertical and one horizontal. It has two operating modes: self-leveling and manual. Using the self-leveling mode, the laser level automatically levels itself over a range of +- 3 degrees of tilt. Outside of this parameter, the laser will continuously flash until it is leveled within the tolerance range. The manual mode allow the laser to be locked to be used on any desired inclined, such a needed in installing steps or stair railings.The Fanttik D12 PLUS green laser level kit comes with 5200mAh battery that is charged using the included Type-C charging cord, all stored in a compact, semi-hard case with a good foam insert to protect the equipment. The unit comes with an instruction booklet, a good magnet bracket and a portable target to use for longer distances. This Fanttik laser level projects a bright green Class 2 laser visible at approximately 100-ft away at night and up to 200 feet in the pulse mode using a receiver. The website states that this laser level is accurate to within 1/8 inch over 30 feet, which is sufficient for many DIY projects. This laser level is not for higher-end professional use but will be a useful time-saving tool for the general DIY, saving time and money on many projects.The website description states that this laser level can withstand accidental drops that will no longer be a concern. I am reluctant to drop this laser level to test this, or any laser level for that matter, due to the nature of how laser levels work. The website doesn’t state the height that this The Fanttik D12 PLUS is designed to withstand. I hope I never find out its limits. As always, I am careful as to how I use and store tools of this nature. I do recommend this laser level for the DIYer.

This Fanttik laser level is an essential tool for both DIY enthusiasts and contractors. It's truly remarkable for anyone undertaking construction or home improvement projects. Looking back, I wish I had this when I was working on my slat wall and when my bathroom contractor overlooked proper leveling, leaving everything slightly off from tiles to the shower door. The green laser is exceptionally bright and accurate, it effortlessly covers every angle needed. It has two modes, self leveling and manual, it offers versatility for various tasks. Self-leveling mode is ideal for things like aligning tiles or bricks, while manual mode provides more control, perfect for tasks like installing stair railings. Its shockproof, waterproof, and dustproof design which means it's duralbe and last a long time. It also comes with a hard carrying case to store it when not in use. It has USB-C charging and the magnetic bracket makes it easy to use and attach to metal surfaces. The outdoor pulse mode, you can even use it outside with a receiver for extended range. I'm not sure if i just received a laser leveler that was faulty or was damaged in transit but the lasers it emits are not level.

I've been in the building trades for the past twenty years and used a lot of different types of lasers. I would say this laser is amongst one of the most helpful ones that I have used. The features that it includes with the full three hundred and sixty degree range in a lot of different planes is invaluable when doing construction work. Before this laser at a p l s 3 3 60 and for the most part, it has done a great job. However, it only shoots laser planes on 3 accesses. As to where this one does a lot more. The other thing that most lasers don't have is a lockable polisten to where you can lock the line and move it where you want on the wall, which is also a very handy feature to have. Being able to lock the laser allows you to shine your line where you need without snapping chalk lines all over the place.I also like the case that is included is very heavy duty and handy. To how's the laser without damage. The laser itself seems to be constructed very well and if it were to take a fall. God forbid it would probably survive. The fact that it has u s b c charging capabilities while in use is a plus so you can use a power bank to charge your laser while you are using it. The battery itself is nice because it is a rechargeable battery compared to my p. LS that uses standard batteries or you could use rechargeable batteries. But this unit has a actual battery pack which is very convenient. I would say using this out in the field. I would carry a car charging battery pack that has capabilities to charge usbc devices. That way you will never be without power. I haven't tested how long the battery in this unit last yet. But I wouldn't suspect it last too long. So you may want to make sure that you either have an extra battery for this unit or carry that jumper pack. Either way, I think this is a great value. And if you pass it up, you might be sorry even though it isn't a brand name unit. I think it is a quality unit and we all have to start somewhere.

Bought this because I’m doing several home projects and figured I needed a more precise leveling system, I’ve only ever used a hand level. This is so much easier, it’s also magnetic so you can put it directly on certain surfaces. The lines are so straight it’s almost fail proof. I haven’t had to rehang anything yet! Even though I’m very happy with my purchase I don’t feel the price is justified. The type c charging port is a cool addition. I haven’t had the need to use it but I can image you can keep it on a hand in case of an emergency since it has its own power source. Overall great product but expensive

This is my first and hopefully only 3 plane laser level. Seems to work well and the price was right (especially on sale). I like that the battery can be charged in or out of the unit. Also the removable battery gives me hope that the life of the laser wont be limited to the life of the battery - as is the case with way too many things these days.

PoÅ™Ãdil jsem si už druhý laser od tohoto výrobce. Tento se prodává pod znaÄkou "Fanttik" ale jedná se o původnà znaÄku Aleapow. ZnaÄk Aleapow ani Fanntik nenà pÅ™ÃliÅ¡ známá (samozÅ™ejmÄ› je to stále ÄŒÃna), ale po dlouhém průzkumu produktů na trhu jsem si jà vybral z nÄ›kolika důvodů:1) má aku baterii, kterou lze vyjmout a nabÃjet mimo laser, pÅ™iÄemž lze tento laser provozovat i bez baterie s pÅ™Ãmým napájenÃm z adaptéru2) Linie laseru jsou dobÅ™e viditelné a pÅ™itom nepÅ™ÃliÅ¡ tlusté, jako u nÄ›kterých jiných znaÄek. SamozÅ™ejmÄ› venku za dennÃho svÄ›tla je tento laser nepoužitelný.3) PÅ™ÃsluÅ¡enstvà - zde byl ale původnà laser znaÄky Aleapow mnohem lepÅ¡Ã - nabÃzel pevný kufÅ™Ãk z ABS plastu a bohatý systém pÅ™ÃsluÅ¡enstvà pro uchycenà laseru. SouÄasná znaÄka Fanttik pÅ™ÃsluÅ¡enstvà znaÄnÄ› oÅ™ezala, nicménÄ› cena je o polovinu nižšà než když jsem si kupoval laser pod znaÄkou Aleapow. KufÅ™Ãk je už z mÄ›kÄÃho plastu a je na zip (nepůsobà tak robustnÃm dojmem). Ale samotný laser je stejný, jen výrobce zmÄ›nil barvy tÄ›la laseru.CelkovÄ› se jedná o sluÅ¡nou koupi. Hlavnà výhoda je opravdu v možnosti vyjmout aku baterii. Mnoho jiných znaÄek laserů má aku baterii pevnÄ› zabudovanou a v pÅ™ÃpadÄ› problému tak můžete laser vyhodit.. I to je možná ten důvod..
