I wanted to replace a plastic cutting board that was showing some shredding. I don't want plastic particles in our food. I read that bamboo boards are a good choice and so far, I must say this one is holding up beautifully. It's got a firm surface that isn't showing cut marks, it doesn't absorb juices from whatever I'm cutting and it washes up easily. On top of that, it's nice looking and has grips on the corners so it doesn't slide around on the counter... perfect size too.

We are a family that eats a lot of meat and this was a very cost effective and quality cutting board. It is the perfect size for just about anything we need and the juice groove is perfect for cutting meats and juicy fruits. The corner pads make it so it doesn't move around while in use and it is very easy to clean up.

Heavy duty bamboo cutting board. The rubber corners keep it from sliding in the counter. Doesn’t dull my knives and no worries about getting plastic in my food. I wash it in soapy water and lemon and salt scrub to remove onion odors. I keep separate meat and veg cutting boards. Highly recommend for the value. They are heavier than plastic boards.

I wanted a cutting board that was not plastic, Small enough to use regularly and didn’t move. This Cutting board has little feet on the corners to keep it stable. It’s large enough for me to cut everything that I’m working on, but not so large that it’s cumbersome. I like everything about it except It holds some of the garlic and onion smell and its fibers. I only noticed it when I’m cutting up large fruit like melon, but it’s not so bad that it ruins my fruit. I definitely use it every day and it still works great. I would recommend it if it is the size that you need

I needed a smaller sized cutting board to chop smaller portions. My larger sized one is bamboo so I got a the same wood just a smaller size. I also oiled it in mineral oil for 24 hours. One that's made for cutting boards.I like the corner pieces that help keep it from sliding. This wood doesn't dull knives either. Never put wood cutting boards in the dishwasher. It just requires washing it off with soapy water then drying it.I highly recommend this cutting board.

The board looks nice and the build quality is good however the board smells like vinegar. I could live with that but unfortunately the smell transfers to what ever food you are preparing on it! This I can’t live with. I’ve tried bleach, I’ve even risked melting the glue and put it in the dishwasher and it still smells. I may have just been unlucky so I’ve put it down to a life lesson a purchased an alternative from B&M. If you saw me in the shop sniffing chopping boards, this is the reason
