I ordered the 6 gallon size and it came in perfect condition with no cracks or anything. The glass feels thick and sturdy, and the design is beautiful. A water pump fits on top just fine. However since they’re made for 5 gallon jugs, the tube doesn’t quite reach to the bottom, which isn’t a huge deal. Now we don’t have to worry about plastic leeching into our water, and it looks so much nicer in our kitchen than the plastic jugs! Very happy with this purchase.

From the size, to the durability is perfect for at home water dispenser. We keep it in our Brio dispenser to have Alkaline water on tap in the house.
