Absolute garbage. Fell apart after one transfer. Hose came in all kinked, so transfer was slow. Just go to a local Homebrew store and get a real one.

This is a mini siphon. Meaning the length of it is too short to reach the bottom 1/3rd of most carboys. It should be fine for 1 gallon carboys, or those who are brewing in buckets or fermenters with very wide openings. But if you are planning on using this for transferring beer from a Carboy to bottles/ keg etc, you should buy the kind that is 20” long… the clip it comes with to mount it to the fermenter is too bulky, and does not fit in the opening of my 3 gallon Carboy, and I think carboy mouths are universal across all sizes…. Lastly, the tubing is kinked in 2 areas from how they package these, and the kinks did not come out after following their directions for unkinking

Took a hiatus from wine making but am now getting back into it. My original syphon broke. I like this because it comes as a kit and has other attachments that I'll be needing in the future.
