I love this towel warmer. I love that it's collapsible so that I can store under my bathroom cabinet when not in use. I love being able to put my towel in on a cold day and it's warm when needed. I use this ofen.

I bought this as a Xmas gift for mom and decided I should check it out before giving to her. (She's 88 years old, has to be uncomplicated)It comes tightly packaged so kudos for that!After putting it together, plugging it in, I got an E1 message on the display. Go find out what the E1 error means....... I'll wait ...... Did ya find it yet?Keep searching. It's not in the manual and nowhere online. The only thing I could find with this companies name on it was a food warning mat."Assembly" is a complete pain in the rear. The inner supports are hard to install because they have to fit tightly. I bought this one because it's supposed to be collapsible and easy to store. Technically it is collapsible, but it's as miserable to remove the support posts as it is to install them. So technically it a piece of garbage.With everything designed to be able to fit inside for moving/travel, I gave up trying to store the parts and jammed it all inside, gave up on closing the outer latches that keep it locked tight when storing/traveling, and stuffed it back in the box. For the record the outer latches could not be cheaper. They do not lock tightThe only other positive I can give is the power cord unwraps nicely. Doesn't wrap back up as well but they can't all be winners.Returned.

There's good and not so good with this. The good is that it heats up quickly and effectively, which is the primary function. That's a win. The biggest complaint: it gives whatever you warmed up a not great smell. It's not unbearable but it's strong. The second complaint is construction. Putting it together is not super easy. We had to get the first one replaced because a piece broke (which they replaced quickly). You have to put a good bit of umph and effort into assembly.Overall, 3/5 seems fair. It does the job it's supposed to but the smell takes a little bit of the glamour away, and assembly could be easier.

this towel warmer is absolutely amazing. I will never go without using this again. I keep it in my bathroom at all times so that I can always have a warm towel. easy to use and very nice, good storage, and not a bad price at all!

The towels do not feel as warm as I thought they might be. Even though there is enough room for two towels, it seems to work better with one at a time. I love the foldable option. I was able to get it to work but the pieces used to open it do not pop into place as easily as expected.

Works great, heats up nice, makes towel cozy and warm. My wife heats up her pajamas as she is getting ready for bed. Very pleased
