The product appeared to made very well and what I ordered. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and had to return them Their customer service was excellent and the return process was fast.

The filter slot for my furnace does not fit standard filters you can easily find at any major retailer and it's very annoying. I tried jamming the 20x25x1 in there for years but it was a real pain to put them in and to take them out. I finally found these and they fit exactly as intended. Yay!
