These are perfect for using at your sewing machine or for mending with a needle and thread. Not practical for cutting fabric because they are small. They are perfect for sewing. The brand is known for its great quality.

I use scissors A LOT in my every day life since I'm a seamstress. Fiskars scissors are the best and these small ones are so perfect for so many projects. They are also perfect to keep right by my sewing machine for little snips I need to make. I often take small projects with me on the go and these scissors are perfect for those occasions because of the little cover. I wish the blades were about an inch longer.They cut nice and are comfortable,,, even for a leftie.

I'm a fly tyer. Set my kids up with my old vise and tools. I was nervous about giving them a sharp/pointy set of scissors though since they're still very little. These scissors hit the mark for young fly tyers. Still very sharp to cut thread and materials, but rounded points and an easy grip handle for little kids. I know it's not their intended use, but i would recommend these scissors for little fly tyers.

I really like these scissors. I crochet, embroider, quilt and sew. These are excellent very sharp scissors. Perfect for projects on the go or for regular use. I especially like the blade cover. Well balanced, well made scissors. It's hard to go wrong with Fiskars.
