I was looking to cut through thick silicone and this is for styrofoam but it did the job. It’s pretty sturdy, didn’t break and I was cutting through an inch thick silicone sheet. It gets hot enough, it’ll burn your finger. This is a great little tool to have around for crafts and other little things. I’m impressed by how well it worked, I wasn’t expecting it cut as well as it did. The only thing that broke was the plastic handle but I was able to put it back on

A good entry level phone cutter. Heats up quickly gets plenty hot enough and performs well. Good value for the money easy to use. Very versatile. I've used this many different ways. I still use it quite a bit today. I've had it for almost 2 years. Completely satisfied with his purchase

Works great. Grand daughter had a project that used styrofoam and could never have cut it a cleanly without this tool.

Updated review: I went to turn it on and it just fell apart. I haven't had it even a year and it broke.The product definitely does what it says and cuts through foam.. .but literally nothing else. I probably should have bought something that does like paper and cardboard but this will do for now.

Hot pokers be careful when using! Good value for money, easy to use. Cut through the styrofoam I needed it for a project.
