My son absolutely loves these. I bought these because I homeschool my 5 year old son and for some exercise mix up I bought these and he really enjoys it. I allow him to pick between 2 and 3 cards for a "session" and then he does those exercises. Every now and then he will want to do more of them so he chooses some more and he likes the fact that there are a variety of different things for him to do. The exercises are easy enough and the reps vary depending on your level, but my son at 5 loves them and as he gets older we will add more decks. I am also going to purchase on of the other sets for myself so I can try them out as well. They are made from very durable material and seem flexible enough that my 5 year old has not crushed the,. Reminds me of a way more durable pack of playing cards. I am pretty sure they are water-proof as my son has sweated on them as well as spilled his water on them. It does come in a pretty sturdy box with a heavy duty rubber band keeping the cards together. There cards have a picture description as well as what you are supposed to be doing on them, as well as how many sets per level. There is also some warm up cards to show how to warm up before exercise as well as a place card so if you decide to do them in order you wont lose your place I guess. Could benefit some, but to me my son likes just picking from a shuffled deck.

I really wanted to get into yoga, but there is so much information out there I didn't even know what style to try. Who knew there were so many different ways to stretch and balance? This deck of cards did the trick. To begin with, the cards are the size of playing cards and plastic coated, so they're conveniently sized and built to last. They come in a very sturdy plastic case that snaps shut-I don't snap it closed unless I'm traveling, but when I am, I know the cards will stay put.The cards themselves are so easy to follow. Just an illustration, directions for getting in the pose, and how many breaths to take. There are three levels of breathing, so for a beginner you might take only two or three breaths in a pose, intermediate four or five, advanced six or more. The poses also seem tailored for beginners-they are not all what I would call easy, but they are stable poses that most people will be able to do, and they are easily modified. There are a few suggestions for modifications on a couple of the more challenging cards. All in all, I'm very pleased to have discovered this product. I like to shuffle the cards once a month and work my way through them doing several poses a day. This way I am able to do something different every day, and about the time I'm used to doing things in a certain order, I shuffle them and start a new round of different combinations. And they're so simple to use that they've become a real habit. I've been doing yoga for twenty minutes a day at least four days a week since I got these cards.

I started working out with a personal trainer six months ago, but was previously not very athletic and I do not consider myself very skilled in exercise or sports. I have some sense of proper form from all the work with my trainer, but it takes me a long time to get the hang of new physical skills.I'm traveling now, and, while my trainer wrote down a basic bodyweight exercise plan for me, I'd gone two weeks without doing it because those aren't my favorite exercises and I found that I hated to flick screens on my iPad to read through the trainer's email. I worry about my iPad sitting on the floor while I contort myself, and I don't like touching it with sweaty fingers.Anyway, I wanted a more interesting set of strength exercises that wouldn't involve watching a video (while traveling) or touching my iPad. I'd looked at these FitDeck cards before, and browsing them again reminded me that a set of resistance tubes would be inexpensive and easy to take in a suitcase, plus I've used them with my trainer so I felt confident I could manage the exercises.I got the cards and have used them once. I recognized many of the exercises from working out with my trainer, and most of the cards were easy to follow. There was one exercise (a crunch using a band attached to a door) that I found silly and replaced with plain crunches. There was one other card (Dead Lift) that I just couldn't figure out how the band was supposed to provide any reasonable resistance, so I pulled it out of my deck. After doing the other 18 exercises, plus push-ups and crunches on my own, I felt some soreness in my muscles (upper arms especially), so I knew I'd accomplished something, at least! In addition to a set of bands, you will need to anchor them to a door (upper, middle and lower door frame) for some of the exercises. Your set of bands may have a special piece of webbing for this, or I think you can just loop any band through its own handles if you have a sturdy post or other anchor at the correct height. After six months of strength training with a professional, my fitness level is at least average now, so I wasn't starting from zero. I used mostly the green-black-red bands in my set (of 5 ) which are at the heavy end of the spectrum.Perhaps my biggest frustration with the cards is that they don't give even a tiny hint of which band one might use for each exercise. I had to experiment a fair amount. Even though every user will be at a different strength level, perhaps a note indicating "use YOUR lightest band" or "try YOUR heaviest band" would've given me an idea of which to try first. This may be obvious to some people, but I work with a trainer because I have so little natural interest in exercise and I know very little about going about it on my own. Users of FitDeck products may also often fall into my category. It would also be nice if there were a little more detail as to which body part was being worked by each card. They indicate UPPER body, LOWER body, or MIDDLE body, but, especially if I mix and match with other decks later, I suspect I could accidentally overwork a very specific muscle area when I intended to do something more well balanced. I will be away from my trainer for two months, and I would hate to be back where I started when we resume sessions in the fall!I am very likely to order more decks to mix and match with these, although I don't quite feel the need to get them RIGHT AWAY. I think, if my inclination to exercise fades again during this long summer vacation, that I will get a new deck as a reward/prompt to get me moving again. Too bad I have to resort to such tricks, but at least I have become a tolerably fit person through using them.It is hard for me to say whether a total novice would injure himself/herself using these cards, because I have gotten used to the "correct" feeling for a lot more exercises while working with a professional. I paid almost no attention to the "supplemental" cards in my deck which had stretches and other supporting material, but I didn't notice anything that would serve to give much guidance to any individual exercises described (fairly minimally) on the cards. It would be worth consulting a more comprehensive book (try your local library) or website to get thorough descriptions of any exercise that was totally unfamiliar to a new user to avoid possible injury. Don't let this suggest the cards are too complicated--as I said before, only one of the exercises on the cards seemed to "not work" or was confusing to me, and I am a moderate exerciser with little natural aptitude--but just be aware, if this is your first time ever using resistance bands, that you might want a little more information than is presented on the cards themselves.

I like the concept of this game. The quality of this deck is okay. There could have been more exercises included, but overall it is a good game.4 of 5 stars - I could wish for more exercises for the product to reach 5 of 5 stars.

Kaufempfehlung
