I got these tuners in black to replace the original silver tuners on my 5 string sterling sub bass. The fit was very close to the originals, although I did have to drill a few small holes, I figured that was likely to happen.The packaging was very secure.These tuners hold tune very well and give nice precision when tuning.

Tuners work great but the brackets on the back are bigger than most stock tuners and require new mounting holes to be drilled into the headstock.

Exactly fit the hole drilled in my knockoff JBass. Little plasticky bit was a bit problematic in one spot so I omitted that one; everything else seemed perfect. Feels goodman.

I've had these tunners for a while now. Yes they are not the best but they certainly do the job for the price. I had one tunner that kept slipping, and they replaced it ASAP and all is good now.
