I couldn't get the electric start to work on my Predator 9500 inverter generator. Replaced the 3-way switch that came with the generator with this one and it works great. The weather cover comes right off the old one and fits on this switch. I recommend taking a picture of the wiring before you disconnect the old one making it super easy to replace.

Install on my 9500 Predator generator was a bit tougher than I thought, but was still done and working in about an hour. Upon install, my electric start is now working again. Fingers crossed this one holds up better than the factory switch as the unit wasn’t used much at all from new when it died.

Fits perfectly on the Harbor Freight Predator 9500 generator. Our original switch stopped working. This replacement got the electric starter working again. You can reuse the water proof cover by popping it off the old switch and pressing it on the front of the new one. Highly recommended.

Switch went in nicely on my pederator 9500 generator started right up. Switch seems like a lot better than one that came with gen. Which always seem flecks. Even got to reshape the old rain cover on to it. Fair price to.
