I opened the switch box up to verify that all lines were isolated by the switch. They are. The neutral line is switched as well as the hot lines. The switch sounds and feels solid, connections were solid.I would suspect that there are only a couple of manufacturers producing these in China so most of these are going to be very similar. There are no UL stickers on this only the ETL markings.Wiring is actually straight forward even though the translation leaves a lot to be desired. They included an extra knockout plug.Depending on what type of generator and equipment you are using do pay attention to the grounding required for your application.

Had it installed and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It gives me peace of mind with the winter storm upon us, that if the power goes out I have a way of keeping the heat going with my solar generator.

I would give this 5 stars but the switch to go from grid to normal to gen. is t as positive of a manual click as you would expect. that being said it does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Transfer switch was easy to install with included instructions. It allowed me to hook up the generator to the furnace circuit.

Design has multiple conduit knockouts allowing for flexible installation conditions. The box is sturdy steel. Wiring is color-coded stranded 12gauge for easy connections. It has an ETL testing lab label. The wiring diagram in the installation instructions is very helpful however it shows the white wires very faintly. They are visible, so with close examination correct neutral connections can be made to ensure the neutral to the load is switched with the hot wire of the same power source.I am using this to power a hot water baseboard gas furnace from a battery inverter when utility power is lost.

Installed to run bathroom lights and fan from battery backup. For power outages. Will buy another switch for furnace in an emergency heating situation.

It works as expected just like your competitors the ez switch for half the price and I know because I have one so I ca compare

Well made with thick steel and good paint. Good enough for outdoor use but I'm using it inside.
