Fantastic! The gaskets were simple to install (after watching a YouTube video) and stopped the leaking in both toilets. If your toilet is leaking, or getting hard to flush, you might consider that the gasket has disintegrated and needs replaced with these. Super easy and affordable DIY repair.

If your handle is hard to flush, and you have a Mansfield flush valve, it’s because the seal has warped and this replacement will fix it.

I should have read the reviews, if I had I would have noticed that this was not the Mansfield product that it looked like it was claiming. Product was easy to install however, the toilet still leaks! The only good thing is it has slowed down the leak and buys me time while I wait for the correct Mansfield seal. Very Disappointed! The one star is all this disserves since it slowed the leaking.

When I first put the seal in, the toilet leaked terribly. Worse than it did with the old perished seal I was replacing. I would have to force the flush valve down into the gasket to keep it from leaking. Eventually, over the course of about TWO WEEKS, the seal seated itself and the toilet functioned properly.Three stars because they eventually did actually work. I don't believe this to be harsh because they literally cost the same amount as the name brand Mansfield seals that work right away, without a two weak break in period. There's no point to buying these, but they did work.
