Love this! It is what it is for the price, but it compacts easily for easy travel. The instability of the material would stress me out in a concert setting but otherwise it’s a great purchase for display and consistent use.

This was advertised as a clarinet/oboe stand, it's actually much too narrow and maybe too lightweight to hold sn oboe. Seems to be best suited for a flute.

I expected this flute stand to be similar to one I already have, and like a lot. The difference is that the dowel that holds the flute is lightweight plastic & the general construction seems flimsy and makeshift. The legs don't easily fold for portability. My original wood stand had none of these problems.

The rough metal ends of this stand were scraping off chunks of the plastic body every time it was folded or unfolded. I would hate to have this in any musician’s bag for fear of slicing their hand or damaging their instrument on the sharp metal edges. Returned this item. (The one we received had obviously been returned before… tape was torn and box was wide open in a shipping bag)
