Great bench for us shorties. Was looking for a shorter one as the one I had was for tall people. It is a great bench for at home workouts, had all of the bells and whistles we wanted.

Super high quality frame, good leatherish cushions. Easy enough to put together. While everything is pretty adjustable, the leg extension bar is not, and I find it a little short for my freakishly long legs lol. That's my only gripe with this great machine.

This is a really nice multifunction bench.The weight is perfect to keep in place and the padding feels good.I love how versatile this unit is allowing multiple muscle groups to be targeted during my workout.The video was easy to follow during assembly.I'm using this in my home gym (spare room) and it's a great piece of equipment for use at home.

This is a great weight bench. At first blush, it does not appear well suited for very small spaces, as it is not compact like a simple, non-adjustable weight bench without the preacher curl pad or leg extension. That said, it packs in a lot of features into a very reasonable sized package and it folds up when not in use. The bench is very easy to adjust, just pull back a pin and slide to adjust the angle. The bench folds up into a very compact package. I just timed it, and it took me all of 3 seconds to fold the bench up! Pull out two pins and lift up on a strap in the center. It's that simple. The bench works really well for preacher curls, either with dumbbells or a bar. I haven't tried the leg extensions. There aren't a lot of adjustments that can be made to the leg extension and the foam rollers don't actually roll, so that feature feels like it was added more as a bonus item, rather than a core feature. For me, the core features are the simple adjustability of the bench, the ability to fold this up compactly out of the way in a small gym or shared space, and the preacher curl pad. Those are the important features, and they really nailed them!

I have been using another bench at home, but it recently broke from one of its connections. So, I ordered this product to replace it and am very happy with my decision.This bench is extremely sturdy and well-made. Compared to my old bench, the steel used is thicker and stronger. I feel incredibly secure while using this bench, which is very important.Assembling the bench was a bit tricky, as the instructions excluded some minor details, and the images didn't show those either—things such as the order of the washers and nuts. But, overall, one can assemble it in about half an hour, which is another beneficial exercise!The adjustment knob of the foldable back works smoothly and is easy to use. The bench legs also have leveling adjustments, which would be helpful if you use the bench on a hard surface.This bench also has a leg extension that you can attach weights to. And it’s somewhat unique as not many products have this feature. I believe the diameter of the weight bar/rod is 1''.Folding the bench requires three metal pins to be removed. But it's straightforward. The bench also has a handle in the middle for easy folding. Unfortunately, the leg extension does not fold. So, that part kind of sticks out.Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality of this weight bench and happy with my order.

Very cheap ch*nesium garbage, it arrived w tears in the fabric and looks like it’s guna fall apart quickly, massive pain to assemble, not ideal for busy people who don’t have 3hrs to spend putting this cheap crap together that’s Guna break

... uses leg extensions, as years of weight training has taught me that simple, basic workouts are what suits me best, and that rules out isolation-type exercises like the leg extension. I have used these bench-type extensions before, and have found them to be mostly marginal at best. As stated, have not tried the one on this bench, so cannot comment on that.The bench itself, however, is quite well made and should serve the home user for a lifetime. I have another Flybird bench as well, and have used it for a couple years with excellent results and no problems. I expect no less from this bench, given the build quality.For what it is, what it does, and what it costs: Five StarsI am the Totally Unbiased Reviewer Dude (T.U.R.D.) and that is how I see it.
