The product is shipped in a reasonably small box. And it only took 15mins to assemble.It's quite sturdy to use. My husband is 200lbs and uses this without any issue or worry.And also the height can be adjusted easily for different people to use.

Bought this to do situp at home. Before I was doing sit up on the floor with a yoga mat. It is very hard to do situp without someone else pushing down at your feet. Also, you will feel that you are hurting the end of the spine every time you want to go up. This bench helps me to lock in my feet so they do not move when doing sit ups. Also, your back will feel a lot better after doing multiple sets of set up. However, I hope there is a vertical grip to help you get up after you are done with the set since your abs are sore toward the end of the set.

Easy to assemble, almost moron-proof, and believe me, I need stuff to be moron proof to avoid going berserk. Every piece of exercise equipment I buy always gives up when you use it a lot. Let's see how long this one lasts and I will come back and revise this. (Today, it's only two weeks old)

I got this as a gift for my brother for Christmas and he loved it. He set it up and is using it daily. He’s happy with it. He doesn’t complain about it so I know it must be great haha Easy set up an easy to wipe down. He’s about 225 pounds

ce banc fait le travail. il es facile a monter. le prix es raisonnable. la couleur tres belle. le seul probleme c est qu il faut demonter des pieces pour le ranger car ne se plie pas.
