I got the 24" Platinum bar with the Forester chain. It fit my Echo well. Looks great. The tip looks replaceable but doesn't seem to be. Would be nice to have that option and some replacement tips. I work tree service and I've used the saw daily for about 30 days and I've been watching it to see how it wears, and so far it hasn't worn much. The drive link sprocket looks just a small amount worn. What I would expect. I mainly use the saw for limbs so I'm not overloading it constantly, but I do put regular pressure on the tip and near the tip and so far so good. Didn't care much for the chain that came with the bar. It cut as it should for a few hours and suddenly the saw wanted to kick it over and over after just a few hours of medium work. Luckily I had backup chains and it solved the issue. I got a great deal on an open box so I can't complain. This combo lasted long enough to justify the purchase. Would recommend the bar but don't expect much from the chain.

Bought this for my Husqvarna 455 and was very happy when I saw it. This thing seems very rugged, well machined, and very well built. However, this does not fit my Husqvarna as advertised. I have attached pictures of my original 20" bar with the new one. The holes to adjust the chain tension do not match up at all. I needed the bar so I drilled a correctly sized and located hole to make it work and cannot return it now. I am not sure what this bar is designed for, but do not buy it if you have a Husqvarna! I am now going to have to buy a second bar and will get an Oregon like I should have originally.

I bought this bar to upgrade my 62 CC cheap Chinese chainsaw and it seems to work quite well went from a 5/16 to a 3/8 full chisel chain cuts very good chain was very sharp

Shipping was almost immediate showed up a two days early actually, great bar and chain for the price, really lightweight. Fit perfectly on my 272xp! Cuts like a new saw

Ive been able to run the bar and chain for a few tanks. Chain is holding its edge pretty good. Bar is holding up just fine.

Chain snapped after mild use, about 4-5 sharpenings. Bar is holding up ok. Running it on a 372 clone.

It is great, fits snugly on my homelite super xl. Package was beat to crap and already opened. That is my only complaint
