I'm finally replacing the original 24 inch bar that came on my older Husqvarna model 55. I've had this chainsaw for over 20 years and it's still running strong. This new hard to find bar is the exact replacement that I needed.

what I like was not having to get in the car and go look for it. I think Lowe's which is 20 miles away might have it but I am not sure and even if they do have it that is a 40 mile round trip.

Though this bar does fit my saw it is not a replaceable tip as shown in the pic showing this product on amazon which does show a replaceable tip. I need this saw running or I would send it back and get the one I believed I was getting. This is also a cheaper bar than the replaceable tip.
