This scanner is so easy to use! It also scans double sided, which is great, especially when scanning utility bills. I use it all the time and wish I bought it sooner.

Was delivered on good shape, and works great. Had a scratch or 2 on it but no issues with performance. I would purchase refurbs again if the need arises. Would like the shop that did the work to contact me if possible

Bought from Port Hole Renewed supplier. Came with a normal printer USB cable which DOES NOT WORK for this machine. Fujitsu has their own unique USB connector. That was the first issue. The second issue was the machine did not even work- I used the cable on my other machine to test this unit and the unit is defective. I looked at the port for the USB and it was loose and missing a connector on the machine so the machine also arrived defective and broken also. Two strikes.Looking for another supplier.

Overall the product is good and would purchase again. I like that the scanner scans front and back. I like that you can choose to scan in to different systems in your computer. However, sometimes the scanner doesn’t pick up exactly what is on the page is some of the systems. Overall, it’s a good scanner and I’m satisfied with my purchase. There’s just a learning curve in using it.

Easy to set up, simple to use! We often move it from several places and it’s not an issue! Highly recommend for quick scanning! We are going from paper charts to chart less and we have been scanning like crazy with this! It’s awesome!
