I got these to make some knife scales. They worked out well but I had to laminate them to get the thickness I wanted for each scale. The G10 itself had a really nice finish. These are good for all crafting ideas you may have.

I got the 1mm version of this product. I use a 2mm version on my 3d printer for printing PETG. This one is thinner and more flexible, and is not going to work to well for large full bed prints on my printer, but it has been doing really well with smaller prints, and because it is thinner I can drop my bed temp by about 5 degrees.O have also used G10/garolite for other projects such as handle inlay, sides/top/bottom for 3d prints, and a few other things. Though if you want to use this a a printing surface get some clamps, dish soap, and use a 2mm to 3mm sheet. The dish soap is so you can clean the sheet properly before printing on it, and then clean it after every 4 or 5 prints, or after you printer has sat for a few weeks.

This is great pre-made 3mm sheet of fiberglass material. It’s very stiff and feels like it should be strong. There is a protective film on both sides, but I peeled a corner back for my photos. There is a woven pattern if you really look for it, but for the most part this just looks like it has a uniform, black surface. The surface is nice and smooth.I measured the thickness at about 0.119 inches, right at the specified 3mm. This is nice material if you need something like this for a project.
