First, I am not a contractor or in construction.I bought this for home jobs, after I bought it I needed to sand for about 3 days straight. The unit looks good, feels good in the hands and most importantly, it works good!Its been about a month of me beating up on this sander and it keeps on going!

This sander feels very well made. I am not a carpenter by any means, however I do use a sander from time to time. This one is at a very good price and works great!! Get it!

This is an OK sander for the price, but it is not broadly compatible with other sander styles. I was hoping it would have a standard threaded backing pad that could easily be replaced, but it has its own connecting method involving screws that doesn't seem to fit any standard. The speed is ok and the price is right so it will do the job, just don't expect it to last a long time.

It's not the best sander on the market, but from a price stand point, I am completely satisfied with the purchase. I have been using this for a while now in my shop and would recommend it to anyone.
