I will start off by saying I'm 6'4" about 220. I ordered the regular size in fabric hoping I would fit. Much to my pleasure, the regular fits perfectly!! The height of the backrest allows me to put my head back and get support. It goes about 3/4ths of the way up my head. The magnetic pillow is great and I am able to position it to where I can actually get support from it; not like some chairs where the pillow rests on my lower neck. The quality of the chair is pretty decent as well as overall comfort. Fabric is comfortable and looks nice. I have spent several 3+ hour gaming sessions in it and the support is great. I will say that the seat is very firm. To me this is good though and has had no negative side effects during longer of sessions. The 3d lumbar support works well and I really appreciate not having a fixed protrusion that jams into my back. It's nice being able to adjust it to fit your lower back while providing support. The 4D arm rests are high quality. On them the padding is firm with a little bit of give. The area where other reviewers have complained about cuts isn't as extreme as I thought. I was expecting a knife edge but it's just a bit rough. Very easy to adjust the arm rests. The only 2 things I don't like are that the chair has a bit of wobble where it meets the cylinder. Nothing serious but if I sit upright and wiggle a bit it isn't completely solid. Second complaint is I wish the padding in the upper backrest, right below the M emblem, were a bit softer. I slide down in my chair quite often and if I sit with my upper back pressed against that area, I feel it. Honestly that is probably a good thing though as it forces me to sit upright hah. This is the best chair at the price point for someone of my height imo. I bought a 500 dollar chair from a competitor but returned it as it wasn't as comfortable.

Wish I would have taken pictures while I was putting this one together. Bought this when it was on sale for $199, and it's a steal. Lol I imagine there is at least 2 companies that are a bit upset right now, and you should probably buy now. This matches the feature set of the Secret Lab Titan Evo pretty completely for a killer price. Packaging is top notch, and well thought out. Everything arrived in great shape with no damage, and unpacked easily. The super sized instruction sheet has large high res pictures and well written instructions. Other companies should take notes and follow suit. Most parts are mostly or all metal, and have a good heft to them leading me to be hopeful for the chair's longevity. Assembly went smoothly, and all the holes lined up as they should. None of the Allen bolts or holes stripped out as can happen in some cheap big box chairs. In a first for me the base does need assembly with each leg needing to be attached to the central cylinder. The wheels are another pleasant surprise. There are at least 3 separate bearings in use: 1 for the mounting spindle, and one for each side of the caster wheels. Those caster wheels spin independently too, so it's like having 2 wheels on each leg and the chairs rolls smoothly as a result. Initial fit and finish appears good. I bought the cloth version as I'm sick of Pleather giving up the ghost way too soon like happened on my last chair. The fabric is nice and not scratchy. I'm 5'8" 210lbs and have the regular chair. It seem to fit me well, and is comfy so far. Cushions are on the firm side right now. Will have to report back on how they hold up. The memory foam neck pillow being magnetic is a nice touch too. So yeah, completely happy right now with this chair. It's so nice I wonder if there just wasn't a production over run at the S L factory, and these are just rebranded leftovers ;) For $200, just buy it.

I'm updating my review to four stars from 3. After spending quite a bit of time in it, and getting the lunar support where I want and getting used to the tilt and everything I really like this chair. Is it perfect? No, that's why it's four stars but all in all I'm happy with this purchase. Please read the full review !So I actually now have two of these chairs. The first one they sent, and then the second because of a few issues.I think the first one was just damaged during shipping. The side bolsters aren't symmetrical and one of the bolts that holds the back to the base is messed up. Something popped loose when I was screwing it in and now it's stuck like 3/4 of the way tight. I think it was the catch nut inside of the back came unglued or dislodged or something. Also, the tab that lets you lower the right arm had broken off. I thought it was just missing, but when I broke down the box the tab was in the folds of the box and fell out. It was functional as a chair, but obviously not an unflawed product. So, I contacted customer service and they offered to send me a replacement. I offered to ship the damaged one back but it was going to cost more than the chair did (It's really heavy and really big) so they just sent me another one anyway. It took a couple of weeks for the replacement chair to get in (I'm assuming they have a "shipping day") and I'm happy to say that the replacement chair is damage free.Ergonomics: The chair is massive. I got the XL to play it safe. I'm 6ft 1in and weigh 235lbs. The regular says it's for 400lbs and the XL is for 500lbs but a youtube review of somebody smaller than me said they wish they had gotten the XL. I would say that if you're under 250lbs, get the regular. If you're over, go with the XL.Material Quality: This is my first gaming chair that I've owned but I've sat in others from friends and at stores. The fabric is really nice. I was doing some work at home for a few hours in it earlier today and the foam is firm, the base is metal. This chair should take a beating and it looks great as well. I like it much more than the leather puffy gaming chairs that get hot and make you sweat after like 30 minutes. There is one piece of plastic that covers the bolts on the side that is supposed to be held on by magnets that has popped off twice when adjusting the lumbar. I tried swapping the piece out with the faulty chair and it didn't do anything so I tried swapping the bolts out as well and it didn't help. Not sure what the deal is with it.Comfort: Like I said previously, I like it more than the fake leather on a lot of gaming chairs. The lumbar is adjustable so you can make it more or less aggressive and you can raise and lower it. I will say that it's a lot more comfortable reclined than upright.Verdict: The youtube reviews typically compare these to Secret Lab chairs but I have no experience with those so I can't compare the two. It's a great looking chair and I think that it is built to last. Is it perfect? No. I am going to hold on to it for a while though. Is it worth #$320? I don't know about that either. I saw on Prime Day it dropped to $250 and the regular was $200. I think that price is probably where I'd put it at.Again, I do want to thank customer service for sending me the replacement.

La silla me duerme las piernas. Siento hormigeo y calambres en las piernas. No recomiendo este producto.

I ordered an extra large size and it exactly like it shown in the photo, but be careful by reading the instructor.
