My old weather stripping was old and falling apart. I bought this to replace it, and it worked fine. Installation was easy, and it looks good! A very good product!

Material seems to be made of quality material that was flexible and easy to apply. Easy to cut. The adhesive stuck well the clean surface at the top of my garage door. I predrilled before applying screws which made the process easier. The screws were your basic steel so they may rust over time being in the garage.

The seal works well and is soft enough to follow the contours of the garage door. The adhesion should not be considered a permanent solution, regardless of the material you are attaching it to. We applied it to metal, which was wiped clean with alcohol prior to installation, and several areas have consistently fallen off over the course of just a few weeks. We have to use self-tapping screws to hold it in place which is disappointing.

Adhesive strip is not very good and the product itself is already starting to get stiff and brittle after just a few weeks. Would not purchase again or recommend.

Final installed result was very unsatisfactory and unprofessional appearing. I had seen a review beforehand mentioning this, so I was extremely careful to avoid, without success. I'd suggest avoiding this product.
