I have found that this is the best elastomeric compound to use. Others are runny and do not go on as thick. You need thick because you are creating a rubber mat. Thanks.

And so much cheaper! Put on three coats of this really THICK roof paint and it looks GREAT!! I'm sure we'll get the full 7 years out of it, or longer. My advice...spring for the name brand cleaner/activator to obtain the best adhesion and long life for this time-consuming but VERY important bit of RV maintenance. I've done it with and without and using that stuff makes for years worth of difference.

I purchased this product to put on the roof of my home after I washed it. The product was easy to apply, and after a couple months later it still looks great. I recommend using a brush for seams and a roller on the rest of the surface.

This is great stuff for sealing difficult leaks. The only complaint I have is both buckets were leaking when I received them.

Looked fine at first. But has just washed away. after a few years. This is 'Black Jack 'MaxCool'I wouldn't go this route again, even if they replaced it free under the warrantee. Too much work to just see it fail.

This is perfect for sealing your rubber membrane roof on your camper, I have a 1997 Fleetwood Bounder 34 ft motorhome. I just cleaned the old roof with a brush and soapy water and applied this and the roof looks brand new. It has been on for 2 years sitting out in the weather and it still looks great. It claims to have a 10 year life.
