Perfect for ammunition can type of gas pit This is not for a home gas fireplace as the logs are tiny . The only problem I see is that they do not get red as per description, they actually turn charcoal black , so realistic that if you touch it your hand will be completely black ,Kind of worry about that since that back powder could be cancerous. I’m using disposable gloves to handle them , I even wash them with hot water and a lot of black stuff came off, not sure they need to be seasoned but for sure not realistic RED . I’m on the fence on this item, if anyone knows of another brand that does get red and not that nasty black pls let me know. I will keep using it for a while to see if they get better. Anyway its Amazon so plenty of time to assess before return so not stressed out 😂😂 I will update soon Cheers 🥂

I needed to replace the logs in my natural gas fireplace and I couldn't beat the money for these. They arrived quickly. But, they are 1/3 the size of my original logs. We got creative in placing them and to my surprise... I love them. Granted, we've only been using the fireplace for a month so far so I can't say how long they'll last compared to larger logs. But, I still have extras to add if needed. Not disappointed, just wish I would have seen a more obvious sizing chart on these. Still, way worth the money, so far.

These are supposed to be ceramic, but more resemble pumice. No weight to them at all. Sent them back!

I used these for a gas log, and must have had them poorly adjusted. But I found that they don't hold up to direct heat very well. They pop and burst pieces off when they get too hot. Could be user error, as they should be beside the flame, not over it... but I hoped they could hold up a little longer. Probably only lasted for 30-40 hours of use before they no longer resembled logs, and looked more like charcoal sticks.

These are the best version and most realistic looking logs I have ever seen. They're exactly as I had hoped. I used them purely for decoration in a fireplace with battery powered string lights. No outlet nearby. For the price, these logs are a win!
