Need the straight end for my Westinghouse generator as the wheel is in the way for a 90 degree end. My only complaint is the end that connects to my generator inlet doesn't have the spin locking collar . Yes the cable twists and locks into place but the threaded ring that connects securely to the inlet box would have been nice to have as well. Also be warned, in cold weather this thing is like trying to wrangle a firehouse. Its already super thick and rigid, in cold temps its almost impossible. I had to run my generator in -8 and this cable went from my garage at around 40 to outside, and I could hardly get it moving. If you can get away with a 30amp cable do it for winter!

This was a little heavy but I guess that's for "heavy duty"..😂🤣..anyway, it did what it was supposed to do, good and steady AC output to the home electrical main connect from a 12500 watts generator.

I NIW know why this is frequently returned item. It is EXTREMELY!Y difficult to uncool and straighten out!Don't think it is lose ble if it is cold. I brought it into the house and straightened it foot by foot. Once straightened out it is an excellent hookup cord.

Power went out, so i broke out this cord to hook up to my generator to the house switch, and worked like a charm. 6.6ft isn't really that long though.

With an adapter plug was able to use a small 3600 Watt generator to power enough circuits in my home to run all lights, freezers and furnace fan for days.

It looked well made and heavy duty. But, the female end would not fit to the male plug. I made adjustments to the male plug but still no luck. After an hour trying to make it fit I looked in the female end and the prongs are not aligned as they should be. Poor quality.Plus this was to be used after Hurricane Beryl. Now I'm without power from my generator.
