The safe originally arrived damaged in shipping but the seller quickly determined it was destroyed and sent a new one as a replacement. Highly recommend shopping with this seller with upmost confidence. He truly is all about customer satisfaction.As for the product it is all I could ask for. The functionality of the safe is exactly what I need (I own 6 others as a commercial operator) its easy to program and the instructions are very intuitive and well explained. The ability to mount on either the wall or ground is an extreme plus (in this case I am mounting it to concrete floor). The key is a great backup to issues we have had in the past and the drop slot is perfect out needs. (keep in mind if you are looking for a pass through deposit drop slot its gonna be tight with larger deposits... but for bills and small bundles of cash its perfect).I will be ordering this safe only to replace the others I have in service (lately the quality of other safes from other companies has been poor and we have had to replace 4 safes in the past 2 years). I will also recommend purchasing these safes to my franchise group as they too have expressed frustration with other companies.PS the gauge of the steel is not extremely thick which is reflected in the pricing and weight. However properly mounted this safe is going nowhere and the time delay has a feature allowing you a large window for access. And to be clear I knew the steel was thinner gauge and it did not deter me. Great value and features for the price supported by exemplary customer service! Enjoy.

It works, a little small but it works. Easy setup. Drilling into the ground works fine, did not use the wall mounting screws it came with.

I bought this from the Genie Hand website but I wanted to review it because I have been using one of these for several years and it has made things so much easier to have a time lock safe. It’s been a lifesaver as a matter of fact and when I needed help I reached out to the company and the owner Dan was right there to assist. So, its a good buy in my opinion and has proven it over the years I’ve used it.

This safe is easy to set up and use and very secure. We got this to store our smaller valuables and cash and that's about all it can fit. I was hoping it would be a little larger so I could also store our documents (inside a fire/flood safe bag) but it's not large enough to fit the bag in. So just small valuables and cash. The product page doesn't list the size but it can't fit more than something like a handgun, small pouch of jewelry or smaller amounts of cash. It probably wouldn't be very usefull at a business because it's too small. At this price I was expecting bigger especially since most of the other safes in this price range are larger and some even have 2hr fire/water proof ratings. It is very easy to set up and very secure once properly installed. If you don't bolt it down though it's light enough and small enough that someone could walk off with the safe and then break into it at their convenience with some power tools.

My old handgun safe went back, due to the batteries leaking inside all the electronic parts. This replaced that, and while this one was a tiny bit smaller, it still offered the protection I needed. While I won't be using the time delay function, it still works as a regular safe otherwise. If you forget your code, there's a set of keys that you can use to open it. Make sure you don't lose those! That's how I had to get into my old safe. Without the key, I don't know how I would've gotten in. I didn't mount it, but it did come with the screws needed to do that. Also came with some door stickers to indicate the safe is on a time delay, making this the perfect item for a small business.

Very light metal , you can open it by screw driver. Any one can carry it and goYou can use it as box not as safeNot recommended and for Amazon please remove the items from your site, it effect on your customer trust
