First, for the X2, the instructions are hard to find, but, you pic up on it pretty quick. Go in to the app settings and change the preferences as you like, like, up and down is reversed, like being on MAC.. so is left to right, but you can switch it to a right brain style!!

For the price of the item its definitely worth it. For just out of the box and connecting to it through Bluetooth and using the app. This gimbal is definitely a quality device. It's easy to use after watching tutorials and functions correctly. It's not giant in the hand and easily folds and unfolds as needed, can be stored quick and easy. Solid build when in the hand doesn't feel flimsy or cheap. I'm no professional but this feels good and operates right.

On the outside, it's intended to look like an Osmo 5 clone. But that's about where the similarity stops. The Osmo 5 is intuitive and works well, while this is mostly the opposite.There are four shooting modes, cryptically named F, POV, DM, and S. Depending on what you're shooting, you'll need to pick the correct mode to get this thing to do what you want. I've watched the tutorials and still can't remember what does what. And it will only do a good job for you if you choose the correct mode. I shouldn't need to do that. It should just work. The Osmo can, so this can too. It doesn't.Lastly, I don't know if it's a problem with me choosing an incorrect mode or if the AI in this thing gets confused, but when manually panning, it struggles to keep up until it fails, and you lose the shot.My version one Osmo outperforms this gimbal considerably. This gimbal is more compact and easy to travel with, but I don't trust it for critical shots, so I'll keep using my Osmo.

I've always wanted one of these but I'm only beginning my video hobby wouldn't benefit from a$300 version. These have come down in price over the last few years and thought it is finally time to pick one up. This is an excellent starter, not even sure yet what more I'd want. Easy to setup up, holds the phone very nicely and doesn't hit any buttons on any of my phones. I haven't tried it's tracking features yet but I've watched many videos of this exact product and the tracking seems quite good. I spent quite a bit of time researching and looking at many gimbals of various prices from very cheap $300 plus. The cheap ones don't have 3 axis movement, so be careful. And the more expensive ones had features I wouldn't be using, and their technical specs didn't match value for money. This particular gimbal has everything and is made of good materials, sturdy with a nice tactile feel. The finishing is top notch. Quite impressed with the product and the value is beyond price.

Really enjoyed using this gimbal. Had some trouble with the mechanism of the head, and the customer service was excellent, responding rapidly to my problems and sending out a new one.

Klare Empfehlung für den Preis. Umfangreiche App mit kleinen Schwächen wie z.b. keine 2K oder 4K Videoaufnahmen in der App. 4K Aufnahmen sind aber ohne die App mit Stabilisierung möglich. Dann ohne die Filter der App.
