I bought it for a trip to Alaska and for shooting every day content at home.It's durable and compact.But this review is to let you that AOCHUAN - the company behind the product - offers outstanding customer service and communication.At one point my gimbal was not working properly because it needed to be recalibrated.I sent a message to the customer service department of AOCHUAN and within 24 hours they responded with clear, easy to understand instructions on how to recalibrate the gimbal.The gimbal continues to work great.I would definitely buy from AOCHUAN again.

I tried to get this item to work. I read the manual, downloaded the app, and viewed the video. Some of the features did not work. I was getting frustrated. I got some of the features to work great. Others I got to work temporarily but couldn’t get them to work continuously. It would appear to work fine, then things would not work. I bought the cheapest model and I thought that was a little too expensive. The video was more of an advertisement instead of instructions. I decided to return the item.

This is a very solid, quality feeling Gimbal stabilizer.It looks and feels and operates with precision. It is high quality, not cheap or flimsy at all.The app Aochuan supplies is a stable, and easy to use app which is really important for a software driven device like this.The app functions all worked properly, and the Gimbal behaves well when using it. No glitches.The follow modes are selectable with the joystick, and work as advertised.Object tracking, and Face tracking are also accurate and very easy to use.There are also gesture modes, which seems to work fine too.Included with this model is an AI module.With a subset of gestures, or the button on the top, you can let the AI module take control of following you.In AI mode, you can continue in the Aochuan app, or use your own camera app.The app is better at everything, with a Samsung S22Ultra. And adds much more control over the camera.You MUST watch the Aochuan videos on YouTube, because gimbals have a lot of functions.I watched the AOChuan videos, and a handful more, and with my cheat sheets had these working in half a day. Practice will be required, still.The instructions only value is to state specs, how to charge and unfold, and “Go watch the videos†😊Is there anything I didn't like?-When running with gestures, some additional feedback would be nice, so I know it is doing what I asked it to do.I bet some extra blinks or a beep maybe will come out in an update some day soon.-Although it folds very nicely, a box or even a fitted bag with pockets should have come with it, or available to buy.I am really very impressed with this device. 😊

Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem 3-Achs Gimbal! Die Stabilisierung ist wirklich herausragend – selbst bei schnellen Bewegungen oder beim Laufen bleiben meine Aufnahmen immer unglaublich ruhig und wackelfrei. Ich habe das Gerät sowohl bei Vlogging, als auch bei Action-Aufnahmen und ruhigen Landschaftsaufnahmen verwendet, und in allen Szenarien liefert es eine beeindruckende Performance.Die Bedienung des Gimbals ist einfach und intuitiv. Die Kalibrierung ist schnell erledigt, und dank der verschiedenen Modi (Pan, Tilt, Lock, Follow) kann ich genau den gewünschten Look erzielen, ob ich nun eine ruhige, langsame Schwenkaufnahme machen möchte oder schnell bewegte Szenen einfange. Die Steuerung über die App funktioniert ebenfalls einwandfrei, und das Display auf dem Gimbal gibt mir immer die nötigen Informationen zu Akkustand und Status.Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Akkulaufzeit – ich kann problemlos mehrere Stunden am Stück drehen, ohne mir Sorgen machen zu müssen, dass der Akku schlapp macht. Der Gimbal ist zudem robust und gut verarbeitet, dabei aber erstaunlich leicht und handlich. Das macht ihn zum perfekten Begleiter für unterwegs, sei es bei Dreharbeiten im Freien oder bei Reisen.Ich habe zuvor mit statischen Aufnahmen gearbeitet, aber dieser Gimbal hat meine Videoaufnahmen auf ein ganz neues Level gehoben.
