I am in love with this tool! I have never been a fan of nylon based cooking utensils because they ALWAYS end up melting on me and have VERY short life spans. Silicone covered tools like this one seem to last a long time! I felt this item was very sturdy when chopping up hamburger in the pan. The tool handled the heat of my pan like a champ! It has also gone through my dishwasher several times no problem. I am so glad I took a chance and bought this silicone covered chopper! No exposed nylon on it!! All silicone!

Works well, not as great on still partially frozen meats. But gets the job done.

I wanted to replace all of my plastic cooking utensils with silicone and was glad to find this. Having a stiffer side and more flexible side really helps more meat around in the pan.

My initial meat chopper was nylon and scratched my ceramic pan. So bought this one because it was made from silicone. It is awesome. Also, this was the only place I could find a silicone one.

Product us made of silicone. It chops ground meats effortlessly. Built pretty tough also. Seems like it'll last a long time.
