The clutch engages and disengages properly. Even pulls 200lbs on a minibike with no trouble!

as stated in my headline, it is noisy when its engaging. But it handles the 6-horse engine fine. hopefully the clutch holds up for a while, but I don't think it will have any issues from the look and feel of it. No bad vibration or anything from the bearing in it. We went with this one from a 12-tooth model to get a little more top speed. So the extra time in engagement gives the noise we are hearing of clutch chatter/squeal.
