This is just a bit of plumbing, but it is very nicely made, with good chrome finish and nice solid construction. I was surprised at how nice it was for the price.No, this does NOT have a valve in it. It is just a splitter to run two shower heads at the same time. If you need the valve, there are a lot of other units here on Amazon that have them.But I specifically wanted a unit that did not have a diverter valve in it. I had to search for a while to find this one, and i am glad I found it.Mine sealed up just fine without teflon tape. Installation took just a few minutes.The female threaded end rotates so you can angle the side outlet in any direction you want. It also let me install this onto a pipe that was really close to the wall, and I would not have been able to turn the whole unit if it was rigid.

Well packaged to protect its lovely high-end finish. The threads were accurate and smooth. The included tape and tool made it even easier to apply. Worked great! I actually used two of them back to back with a blocker in-between to create an input and output for an inline water heater.

Wanted two shower heads in shower stall. This piece did the trick within minutes. Looks nice too. The package even included a tool for removing the old fixture.
