This is a quality part. It fit and works well. It even came in a small fabric bag. Good adjustability also. Set screws and the included Allen wrenches allowed for adjustment of the fittings and arm.

Leaks because of the way the top separates from the bottom. Not well secured. Returned it.

The diverted is well made and works beautifully. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the instructions was lacking when it came to the set screw on the swivel but where the diverted connects to the pipe coming out of the wall. The reason for the set screw being there needs to be explained in more detail. Just showing a picture of an Allen wrench is not enough. It took me 3 times trying to assemble this properly before I understood that you need to make sure the nut is seated deep enough before you can tighten the Allen screw to prevent the whole unit from spinning around. I almost gave up with frustration. Once I figured that out I got it to hold nice and tight and it not only looks really nice it also works exceptionally well.

It’s a beautiful piece but I can’t get it to lock in place after many tries and following instructions.

I like the feel and the smoothness of the valve but it’s too lose and I wasn’t able to really tighten it enough to support the shower wand.Installing was tricky it has extra screws and bits that are annoying to deal with. It likes to cross thread and the depth needed to get a good connection is a bit more than normal, I needed to use multiple washers and extra Teflon tape.

The set screw with provided Allen key that holds the handheld shower arm out to the side cannot be tightened sufficiently to maintain the shower arm in it's horizontal position. I tried numerous times and eventually rounded out the Allen key. I purchased two of these units and returned one after discovering the issue with the first one but was too late to return the second one. A simple diverter with a suction cup or pell and stick holder for the handheld shower head is a better choice.

After using perfectly teflon tape and putting double washer still faced leaking problem. this is the design flaw, though material and looks are very good.
