I was very pleased with this shower diverter. I’ve had ones before that had the switch at the shower head, and they were never that easy to toggle. The long bar on this one puts things a lot more in reach regardless of your height. The small screw in the connection washer adds more security that you’ll get a secure fit that won’t loosen up over time. I was also pleased to find that the whole diverter was good quality metal. I don’t think the clip for the handheld was metal, but I am not entirely sure. It matches well and still doesn’t seem likely to break any time soon.The packaging came with literally everything required to install it, as well as to remove the shower head, and add it and the handheld line. Wrench, plumbers tape, allen wrench, a polish/protective cloth, and instructions for how to install the holder for the handheld. It is great for renters or others who do not have any DIY tools around. I do have my own tools and plumbers tape, but I used what came in the package to see how it did, and they all worked to make a very smooth installation.PS- I would really love to see a longer version of this designed for those with wheelchairs or who otherwise need to sit in the shower- it would be a fantastic way to have a more comfortable, independent shower experience.

This is an excellent shower valve for a hand held shower, I n÷ded to replace a shower valve that is leaking and this is perfect since my wife is a little on the shorter side and always struggles switching from one or the other and usually leaves it on whatever I left it on. Having the switching valve makes it alot easier for others that are not six foot to be able to change from hand held to shower head, or like me have bith on.. it's well made in a chrome finish and easy to install. Come with all necessary washers for leak proof use.

I picked this up to replace an old plastic diverter we had for years, and the quality is a noticeable upgrade. I like this a lot and I installed it a little differently than normal. In my guest bathroom the shower is pretty small. Probably about the size of a cruise ship shower. But there isn’t a door, just a basin and a curtain. So I didn’t really want to install a handheld shower wand with this because with kids they will shoot that thing all over the bathroom if there isn’t a door to stop it. Instead, I used this to install 2 shower heads with limited angling to make sure the water stays where it’s intended. So far it’s working great. The kid came with everything I needed and the screw threads and nuts are actually metal, not plastic like some other versions of this product. If you have a need like mine, this will certainly do the trick. It looks good too.

This kit is super easy to install and use, and comes with all you need to install it. I like that it doesn't drop the shower head very far, yet adds a drop to install a wand, which is super handy if you don't already have one. The finish is great and matches very well.

One member of our family likes to use the Fixed Shower Head and the other member of our family enjoys a Handheld Shower head. This Shower Diverter solves that problem. It has one inlet with two outlets so a Fixed Shower Head can be attached to one outlet and a Handheld Shower Head to the other outlet.
