The product itself is great. No leaks, feels like good quality and is what I was looking for.something that pleasing was the items it came with. Had everything to do the install including a small fastening tool, plumbers Teflon tape, and three O-ring washers. Looks and works nicely.

The valve is well made and the turn handle moves smoothly. No leaks after installation. Included are pipe tape, a small wrench for installation and extra rubber washers. Worth the price.

It is a shower head diverted so you can use a wand independently or along with the shower simultaneously. Quality is excellent and it matches the Delta finish

Be careful not to over tighten the nut to the 1/2" water supply line and use the washer with the irregular circumference placing the larger diameter on the inside. Perfect beyond that.

I had to replace the washer at the top of the hose for the hand-held showerhead with one that was included with the new diverter; with the old washer that connection leaked badly. Other than that, installing the new diverter was easier than removing the old one. I replaced the old one, which had a button that had to be pushed down for the showerhead and pulled back up for the handheld, because it couldn't be switched while the shower was running; it was difficult to switch with the water off. The new one can be operated with one finger. I haven't had it very long, but it feels quite substantial, and if it proves to be durable, I will be entirely delighted with it. Diverter was supposed to have 1 x inlet and 2 x outlets all sized 1/2" as per product description and specifications. Upon receiving the parts, only one outlet was 1/2". The inlet and the other outlet were larger (could be 7/8" but not sure). Contacted the seller, and their reply was not relevant just explaining how to operate the diverter. Out everything back in the box and sent back as a return.

I unfortunately have just had the same issue as a reviewer below. Only one of the three outlets is 1/2 " I am returning this to Amazon and will purchase another one that is correct.
