I just got it today set it up it works great easy to set up I had a German shepherd take off on me she was gone a while so I called pd dispatch they had her she got hit and killed by a car wished I had this then I could have found her and saved her life so I bought one for my puppy I hope I don't have to use it but it on her I'm sure it's going to work out well

So far I am very pleased with the trackers. The weather has not alowed us to be out, but I have used the features of the app while the dogs were out in our yard. Everything so far is accurate and as described.

Had it for less than 3 months and need to recharge it every three days…apple airtag is cheaper and lasts much longer

This works great just make sure to keep an eye on the battery so that you know when to charge it and the app will notify you. That is a big bonus.

We wanted a tracker that was true. GPS not just a cell phone reliant tracker! We finally found PitPat and it seems to be working well. Some people have complained about battery life, but we have had no issue with that at all! The weight is not too much for our small dog. My only complaint is it came as a pink tracker for our little boy! But He’s secure in his masculinity, so it’s been OK!😂â¤ï¸

The App had a bug that wouldn’t allow me to activate the PitPat GPS. I contacted customer service in the UK, and I received a response first thing the following morning guiding me through trouble-shooting the issue. The bug, however, had already been fixed when I logged in that morning. The PitPat GPS works great and allows me to track my girl while she is off lead (she occasionally wanders out of sight on our acreage), so this allows me to know where she is at all times. Highest recommendations for this tracking device!

This tracking collar is fantastic. Set up was super easy and the app is great. We especially love that this collar does not require a monthly subscription fee - no hidden costs. And it's incredibly accurate when locating your dog! Highly recommend!!!

Works well . Went on a long road trip and it tracked our 8 mth old fox terrier all the way. Gave us confidence that we could find her if she ran off and got lost. Great invention and investment.

I love this tracker. We are on 100 acres and it's hard to keep track of my dog. Now I can always see where she is. It was very easy to set up and has a nice app. I'm very pleased with this tracker and would definitely recommend it. My dog went missing today and I was over an hour away. When I got back to town I followed the tracker and got as close to where it indicated she was as I could and then parked. I walked into the bush a ways and called her. A few minutes later, she came running. I was to thankful for the tracker. The company has been kind and helpful.
