I'm very happy with this purchase. Was plenty of wire to install my amp and 2 10s in my 4 door Kia Optima. Good quality cable and connectors. Even came with cable ties and more than enough speaker wire.

The 8 gauge power cable for sure is thicker than the Boss kit I have used before (I compared them). It is incredibly flexible (which leads me to believe it is not solid copper cabling but rather aluminum).The fuse holder and rca cables are poor quality, and I did not use them. I used the old fuse holder I had from the cheapo comparable Boss kit here on Amazon. The Boss fuse holder is higher quality.The biggest deal was the length of the power cable. I had to use some cable from an old kit i had to make it work. While it is long, i was about 1 feet too short. My car is a 2011 Acura TSX. If I had to do it again, I would have bought a higher quality kit. I hope the shielding on this power cable can last for years to come and stand up to the heat/cold/salt that it will be exposed to.One thing to note - The fuse that it comes with also appears to be questionable in quality. I did not use the fuse for this reason. I would recommend to order/replace the fuse with a higher quality fuse.It did complete the setup and I have a working subwoofer in my trunk because of this kit, so I am happy in that aspect.

It is not real cooper but aluminium wire with a thin coating of cooper.I wouldn't recommend it, or at least don't make your gauge calculation thinking it's cooper ...

The cable IS actually true 8 gauge which I was glad for, and the RCA's seem better than I received out of other low price amp kits. I am just running 2 x 10" hifonics Subs. For the price you CAN NOT beat it, if your just running a couple of 10's or low 12's.

This is a great, cost-effective wiring kit for a car amp. I used this with am Alpine 50 watt x 4 channel amplifier.Quality components, and no hiss or hum when connected to the amp and speakers.My only complaint is that for a large car (I have a Lincoln Town Car), the cabling is a bit too short, limiting the placement of the amp (mine is in the trunk). I had to place the amp against the trunk's forward wall (just behind the back seat) in order to have enough cable to connect the amp to everything.
