First saw these while dining outdoors at a favorite restaurant when we were seated on the patio. I was surprised that they really did deter the bugs from coming around our table, so I bought some for my home use. They’re just as great to use on our patio when we’re barbecuing and sitting around the outside table enjoying the company of friends and not the company of buggy friends. Also, very lightweight, easy to assemble, and easy to use. Plus, no worries about the little ones if they happen to touch the enticing blades spinning round. It instantly stops because the so-called blades are just a light plastic and will not harm little fingers.

These are cute little towers and seem to be effective. I bought them for mealtime out on our deck to keep the flies off of the food. They are plastic towers and arrive with the top two layers down inside of the base. You have to pull them up and snap them in place, and you cannot put them back down again, so they're going to need a bit of storage room. They're cute and you can stick your hand right into the moving "blade" and they just stop moving - no damage done to the blade or to your fingers! They take 2 AA batteries and do not come with batteries. I don't know how long the batteries will last because I haven't had to run them more than an hour...

I had a backyard party and used these on the food table…. Not a fly in sight! I also hung one in the center of my gazebo where the flies tend to circle…. And it solved that problem too!

These were terrible and I had to return them. They collapse into themselves and are completely unfunctional. That's all I can say.

I struggled to keep them up, had to twist to get them to stay still and the top is lopsided in order to get them to stay. Some had scratches like it was a used/returned item.

This came with so many! Such a good price. Worked great. I set out on a food table for a birthday party and it kept the bugs away. They were easy to set up and the blades aren’t dangerous if a kid accidentally touches it. They were quiet and the batteries have lasted a long while! Hopefully I’ll be able to use these for years to come because they seem durable.
