I purchased this item along with some metal duct tape, put the ground rod into the ground. Outside of my house, ran the wire through a window and exposed the other end of the wires to where the copper was out and I used metal duct tape, and taped it underneath my bed and haven’t slept so good in my entire life. Being grounded to the earth releases thousands of electrolytes in the body as your foot, touches the ground. That is if your barefooted rubber shoes prevent that transaction. But I have no aches or pains and I sleep very heavy now.

Use a grounding mat at home, so when we decided to go camping with no electricity, I did not want to go until I found this grounding pole with 40 feet of line. Camped with it stuck in the ground and it was amazing! I suffered nightly with severe nocturnal leg and feet cramps until I got my grounding mat, so was not going to go without it even one night. We’ll worth the money spent!

Does what it says it does. Attached it to a grounding blanket. Used a continuity tester to make sure it worked and it did. I’m satisfied.

Very disappointed! The cord that was provided had no conductor. I basically got a plastic shoe string. The other 2 that I purchased had a conductor but it needs to be at least .23 gauge to make a difference. They were too thin.

Its long and convenient but I found it to be undersized to ground a kingsize sheet that acts like an antenna to all random EMI from my nearby power station. As it runs by power outlets and devices plugged in on the route to the sheets..it seems to pic up some effects of that noise. So I wrapped with additional shielding and it seemed to help. I have more unshielded interferance than most so it may be fine in other applications.

I have a mat with a multimeter I purchased to test everything. After reading sometimes a wall outlet can have side effects I wanted to try a stake in the ground directly connected to earth. With testing with outlet i can watch it go from 1 to 0 so i know its working with matWhen testing this stake however it dropped from 1 to .5. So it worked to bring it down some but not as good as the outletAnd i have the stake fully inserted in the ground and it’s been pouring rain so should be optimal setup. Im returning it.Wires incredibly thin dunno if that has anything to do with it
