It is a 3d printed piece. You can tell that it isn't finished as well as some prints. It does seem very solid though. I'm not sure if they printed it solid or have a pretty high infill, but it doesn't flex. Since it is 3d printed it has nice curves and the inside edges are pretty good. The part that rides in the groove is a little oddly shaped, but it works. Everything seems okay. I would question the durability of the tab that rides in the track. Since it is 3d printed it has a layer that could easily break off.

Guide Rail Adapter for Dewalt DCW600B and DWP611 RoutersIn all honesty this is probably one of the best 3D printed products I have received (well this and the WDT tool I have). I am almost certain it is 100% infill, meaning that it is solid plastic. It feels of good quality for a 3D printed item. My DeWalt router fit in it perfectly, and it slides on my Festool rails just fine (I added a little paste wax), so I have no complaints at all about this.
