Warm Reminders :

I do guitar repair, and when doing setups it requires a lot of stringing and unstringing, so I bought these for that purpose because of the price. They sound good enough that I have left them on a few guitars. They warm up once they are played in.If you aren't picky about your strings. and by that I mean that if you don't have a favorite that you really like on your guitars(s), then i recommend these.The G string did break prematurely, but only because of being repeatedly strung and unstrung, and more expensive strings tend to do that too.An important note: they are not very long! they are ok on a standard acoustic (24-25" scale length)BUT if you have a guitar with a tailpiece, trapeze bridge etc, they will not reach.

I replaced D'addario strings with these to try out. They vibrate a lot more and hit frets where the other ones didn't. They are OK for just playing at home but lack sound for gigs. They were very inexpensive.

Too short for a standard length fret boardI don't care how good the price is, if they don't fit, the price is too high. There was nothing in the description that these strings are only for toy guitars or parler guitars with short fretboards.The sour taste of poor quality lingers long after the joy of a low price.Sadly, typical for so many Chinese supplyers.
