Nice and easy to use, pinch the tabs down with your fingers and it sets in tight. Great to transition from wire leads to COB strips without soldering. I know the sticky tape won't hold but I'll see how long it does. When it finally let's go, I'll either use hot glue gun of a very small screw and a tab to make it permanent.

This wire was recommended for splicing the LED lights that I purchased. It worked very nicely, but make sure you have the correct wire strippers for the stranded wire.

If you need a diy rope light and need wiring this is a perfect product! The only problem I have is with the connectors that come with it, they don't work at all. Because the connectors don't work I just soldered the wires myself to the rope lights and they worked perfectly! (If you can solder this is perfect for you, if not I would suggest your local hardware store for possible help)

Item received appeared to have been previously used/owned/modified. The wire was cut into 5 different random lengths and only a small length (about 3 ft) was actually left on the spool. A couple of the clips were already attached to the shortest cut wire (6"). A few clips appeared to have tool marks on them where it appeared a small screwdriver was used to pry them open. However, for my purposes, I was still able to get the lengths I needed for my project.Installing them was easy but not reliable. Using the lock down clips seemed pretty simple but did not guarantee that it worked. Installing the wired required a lot of wiggling, pressing, and careful placement or connection would be lost and the light strip would go out. Then more wiggling, pressing, and careful placement was needed. I am using this in my shed in place of a typical light fixture and I am concerned that such a delicate connection will be lost when the heat of summer comes around or if the connection is bumped accidentally.

The length was as described. I didn't have any issues with the product. Connectors were easy to use as well.
