Don’t waste your time or money. This thing is more trouble than it’s worth. It only does a single stitch and if you’re not careful it’s going to pull out. After watching several YouTube videos one person said to flip the fabric over and stitch over the end. I can sew by hand or with my machine faster than monkeying around with this thing.

I knew what I was getting into. Cheap, low quality, Chinese made product. My expectations were very low and the old adage of "you get what you pay for" fits very aptly for this product.Unit kinda worked for about 5 minutes and then quite literally started falling apart and failing while I was TESTING THE PRODUCT OUT ON THE SUPPLIED PIECE OF TEST FABRIC. Haha!I'd ask for a refund but it's such a low price point that it wouldn't be worth my time to try and package this hunk of plastic junk back up. (In all fairness, there are a few stamped metal pieces in there)I purchased and tested this thing out so you wouldn't have to. I'm very handy DIY'er and I assure you that this wasn't due to lack of sewing experience.

It's definitely not bad for the price, it gets the job done. The battery compartment opens a little too easily and the batteries would fall out mid-stitch. The plastic top with the tension control also fell off mid stitch. I was able to put it back together but it is a little frustrating to have to continually stop to put the machine back together.

Not sure if this is a good product or not as it came already used . I will be sending it back …. Also the item feels more like a toy than a machine.
