I just received this in the mail but I'm so happy with this purchase. I bought my Olevia HDMI flat screen TV 13 years ago when they first came out and HDMI was relatively new technology so it was before they put multiple HDMI ports in TVs; however, I love my Olevia TV. The company went out of business because they couldn't compete with the cheaper plasma TV companies that came onto the market. My TV has a built in RCA stereo system in it and the company offered updated via the internet. It was a sad day for me when the Olevia Corporation shut down. My only struggle with my TV has been having to switch out the one HMDI port btween my DVD player and my Fire Stick...what a pain in the butt. All these years and I never thought of looking for a device to solve that issue. If it weren't for my grandkids who love to watch my old Disney movies and my being injured and not wanting to hassle with moving my TV, I might not have looked for a solution. But I'm glad I did and after considering what my needs were and reading lots of reviews, I decided on this model. The enitre process was easy. It came quickly. It plugged right in and worked immediatedly. The product came with a nice little thank you letter with a reminder that there was a 1 year warranty and an offer of product support. I also received and email from the company as well. One of the reasons I purchased this model over a similar model is this one had the 4K HDMI cable and the other was just HDMI. This product is easy to use. No, it doesn't have a remote which is why I gave it a 1 for remote controle but that's just one less thing for me to have to keep up with and no learning curve with a new device. There is a button right on top of the unit that you push to select which port you want to use. It's that simple. Baically it's a plug and go model...solves my problem...and the price was perfect for my limited budget...sweet! Thank you Vilcome!

We have two of these one on our den TV and one on our kitchen TV. They work marvelously! The kitchen TV only has one HDMI outlet so now we can have our fire stick and dish turned on on the time. We just have to push the little button on the switch

After 8 month The Power supply stop working. I went to go switch the hdmi to number 2 and nothing came up I tried it on my xbox my xbox series and my other xbox. Also some other Electronics and the worst part I've used it 5 times maximum and then it stop working

When you have multiple devices that stream, as you can imagine things can get pretty crowded in your tv slots. Especially if you don't have the needed amount to support the number of devices you want to use. I needed my firestick, Roku, and PS4 to operate from my television. When all three were plugged in the PS didn't seem to want to cooperate. So my cousin suggested this to plug my Roku and Firestick into. Now I can easily switch between which device I'd like to use with the press of a button. And there's one more slot, which if I choose to add another streaming device in the future would definitely come in handy. I loved the simplicity of the use. And now I get to have all my devices and easily play them! The picture quality is perfect and it was a good value for what I paid for it.

Wanted to put multiple inputs into a HDMI splitter that I send to multiple screens. Plugged in a DirecTV output and nothing went through. Added a Chromecast on the second input and it now sends a signal. Power indicator light shows as well as line selected. Perhaps the DTV is an old HDMI spec without power but would expect this switch to at least do a passive pass through. As is if I move my Chromecast to use somewhere else I'd also need to take the switch out of the loop. I bought it to avoid having to manually plug in the different devices, not reconfigure it one is absent. Other than that it seems to work OK. May plug in another unused input just to avoid this issue.

Have more HDMI output devices than HDMI ports on your TV, like me? This is the device that helped me in this case. I have lot of devices (many of which I don’t use also that much) which I like to be always available and connected to my TV. But I have only 2 HDMI ports in my Samsung TV. This switcher lets me add 3 devices to one HDMI port on TV and I can use the other HDMI port on TV to add a 4the device. The switcher does it’s job nicely. You can switch from one source to the other with a press of a button. But yes, you have to get up to press the button as there is no remote on this one. But to be honest, I didn’t want another remote as I already have 6 remotes always near me, didn’t want to add another one. For me, this is a good device working fine without any signal/data loss.

Awesome perfect product to add hdmi port to your tv! I have an old tv! With 2 hdmi ports only but have tv- ps3 ps4 and wiiNow with that tv always plugged hdmi 1And hdmi2 I have my new splitter with ps3 wii and ps4. Simple to use I push button to select the one I need and a light tell me such hdmi port is 'on’The pictures keep the sane qualityI truly appreciate this useful device

Works as advertised using it with my monitor. Very easy to switch between by main laptop and personal laptop. Quality is great and very easy to use. Tried with other devices as well and HDMI always recognizes and works !!

Didn't work right out of the box. Set up perfectly according to the instructions but no signal, picture or power. Had to set up a return.I believe you will have a similar issue if your TV needs an input signal to switch to the according source. I am unable to switch sources unless a signal is being picked up by the TV's HDMI port. This meaning any communications or power are offline until signal is detected. If your TV does not do this, this device may work perfectly for you, but for myself, I was unable to get it to work and had to return it.
