Gives off nice heat for drying towels, bathing suits, fragile garments etc. has a sleek look and brushed nickel has nice color. Great grabbing a warm towel after bathing then hang it to dry. The wet towel will never smell moldy again! Can hold 2 large towels and a wash cloth.

Easy to install, works very well! My towels are now warm and fuzzy :) I just wish the temperature was controllable - sometimes it gets a little too hot.

We installed this about six months ago during a bathroom remodel. We have it set up on a timer (Century FD60) to run from 8pm-2am so that towels are warm before the evening shower, and then have some time to bake dry afterwards. The finish is a nice brushed stainless steel over the whole item, and the welds and joints look clean and smooth. The switch is covered with a flexible rubber cover to keep water and dust out.We installed it so that the left-side mounts are screwed into a stud while the right side uses wall anchors. This gives a nice solid attachment. The mounting is done by fastening four solid little SS flanges to the wall with a screw in each, and then the rack's legs slip down over those and attach to a tapered part of the flange with a set screw. Easiest method is probably to put the flanges into the legs and hold the unit against the wall so that the legs are centered over the stud or whatever you want the screw to go into. Then lightly pencil a circle around each leg at the wall. This will tell you where to drill and mount the attachment points so that they line up perfectly with the rack. They state that it's thermostatically controlled to 149F, something I've not measured but seems about right. (I'm guessing this is in open air.) It's uncomfortably hot to the touch but doesn't seem hot enough to cause a burn from brief contact, at least for an adult. The metal temp under a towel feels a bit hotter than the parts open to the air, which makes sense and is something to watch out for. Obviously they're trying to strike a balance between making a hot towel and creating a burn hazard.Overall we are happy with this product.

We just finished our bathroom remodel and decided to add this towel warmer instead of the traditional towel bar. Install was easy for my husband - it took about 15 minutes. The towels warmed up nicely. It works best if you have 4 layers of towels - so fold in half then half again - THEN fold over the bar for best warming results. The bars get hot to the touch so use caution around small children. The towel warmer is simple to use and went nicely with our overall design. If you want snuggly warmth at a reasonable price ... this is it.

We remodeled our master bath and installed this without any difficulty. What a nice luxury! I love the feel of wrapping up in a fluffy heated towel. It is the perfect size and I’m so glad I purchased this.

Easy enough to install. Manufacturer should include a drill hole template. Looks very professional. Heats up quickly as described but does not heat towels sufficiently! Disappointed.

The unit does not come with hardwire mounts so I had to install it with an outlet and exposed wire. Apparently you can buy the hardwired panel separately and make it work but I don't know why they wouldn't just include it.Also I can't find any timer function mentioned in the Rate Features section.

I love my tower rock. It was very easy to install. It does what it says. My family and guess complement me when they see. Everyone wants to put their tower on it prior to taking a shower or bath. Would definitely recommend it.
