It's great item. Just as described. Lot heavy duty, more than I expected. Can't wait to get it on my trailer. I'll write another review after I used it a few times. The wires match perfectly with my Chevy Avalanche!

Not top quality, but seems pretty good! Easy to install on my travel trailer. All wire colors matched and the info card had the colors clearly identified. Installed 3 days ago, tested with 2 different tow vehicles and all lights and signals work. Also, I'm no longer getting the "trailer disconnected" warning. Haven't towed yet, so will update as appropriate.

I got a truck recently that had a 7pin installed in the bed, I have a truck camper. They each have the same genderplug (female or vehicle side) I needed a cable that was male on both ends. and with the exception of one company nobody makes one of these.Enter this cable, I also got another male end for it so I can roll my own.This is a decent cable, the wires are copper, with a decent inner and outer jacket. the plug works for both sides of my specific set up. and the instructions are clear.If you need a cable like this, this is not a bad option at this price. I also like the yellow plug, which will make it easier to see when I'm looking for the plug in the bed of the truck at night.

Look at the Photo, the used left plug only has one pin, and the top pin is melted. This was the brakes connection and now look the New Mecmo yellow plug. double pins on both sides of the truck receiver plug. Also, heaver wire for the ground, battery and brakes. Good quality all the way through from plug to the end of the wire.

Great quality connector and cable. Unfortunately the colour coding is not the North American standard. You'll need to do some wire tracing to determine the correct connections for running lights, left and right turn signals. If you haven't worked with one of these before, it could be confusing.I am the owner of Huronwoods RV Service.

Wish I knew before I bought it to replace my faulty one. This will NOT work with any vehicle who's signal lights and brake lights are separate.
