Make sure this is what you want. After I got it I realized I could not use on hardwood floors without damaging them. And don’t use anywhere you are concerned about slipping as they are a bit slick. Too much of a pain to return.

I have an area where the floor goes from wood to carpet and for some reason I have one cat that likes to use that edge as a scratching post. I bought this runner because it’s narrow and covered the exact area I needed it too. Problem solved. I recommend.
