Honestly, I was initially afraid from some of the other customer reviews, but after receiving the JK mount and mounting it myself, I am VERY Happy..The bad: Yes, it is true, that the main mount bolt hole on the bottom is slightly to high. I used a carbide bit to grind about a lilttle more than 1/16 of an inch in the bottom hole to make it align up. Honestly, all you need is a a large 1/2 inch drill bit or other type bit and grind the bottom mount hole a little lower.. That is why I gave 4 stars..The good: WOW, high quality, Grade 8 hardware, Inner Mounting plate has welded in nuts!! Easy and Faster to mount and adjust!!! I was able to lower my 35 inch tire on my Jeep and place it perfect and I also re-drilled the hole in my Camera mount lower and made it fit perfectly in the tire!!Also my Standard Jeep Lug Nuts totally torqued up to 50 foot pounds on the threads of the outer mounting bracket... They threaded normally. Someone in a review said they are metric, but the stock lug nuts worked and torqued and I didn't feel any resistance on the threads.This is MY 1st Review Ever on Amazon. I'm doing it for the JK Jeep owners out there, to know exactly what your getting and don't be afraid of this mount!

This bracket is complete garbage. The top two lugs line up okay but the bottom lug to just a little bit to high so that you can only use the top two lug nuts to secure your spare to the bracket. The spare wheel will not align, I had to get the grinder and welder out to fix this. I should have just made this myself from the start.
