Light but durable. Does the job. Good price. Very little assembly required.

This really works great for me. It allows me to carry much longer boards in my Santa Fe then I was able to before. The photos show 10 ft 2 x 4s, but I could carry 12 ft boards. In the past I would need a friend with a pickup truck, now I just assemble this truck bed extender to my bumper hitch then I am on way to the lumber store. Love it! It supports the wood well and it appears to be very sturdy. If you have an SUV and you do projects this will come in very handy!

It was inexpensive, it's well made and does the job. I use it for my kayaks extending beyond my truck bed

Love this bracket. I use it to carry my 12 foot kayak. If I need to transport long boards or panels this is perfect

Bought this for a 2003 Toyota Tacoma. Works fine and seems well built. This extension rack lines up with the truck bed at the lowest height setting. I was looking at a Harbor Freight extension rack, but went with this one. It cost a little bit more than the HF one, but handles twice the weight for added safety. The only issue I have is the play between the extension components...I don't care for the slop and extra noise while driving. This is easily fixed if you have a welder and add spot welds on components that slide together...grind down to tight fit and good to go (see pic).

did its job, kind of cheap, but it was cheap, a couple long boards or pipes it's ok, anything with any weight, go more expensive, needs cheap ($2) wood wedges to stop flopping around/rattling.
